With Equinix (Nasdaq: EQIX, S&P 500), he founded the largest datacenter company on earth, where the networks that comprise more than 90% of the world’s Internet traffic come to exchange data traffic. At SimpleGeo, he led a team that developed some of the first tools for developers to integrate location based services into enterprise and consumer software and mobile apps. As we are now in the onset of the Internet's third wave of expansion that promises to connect billions of new devices, sensors and appliances, Jay is uniquely positioned to provide the learning from the two previous generations of interconnectivity to advance this next phase.
